A Lewistown man has been charged with igniting two of his tractor-trailers and then trying to file an insurance claim on them. State Police have identified him as 30 year old Arthur St. Clair who is facing arson charges for setting fire to one of his trucks for the insurance money. The fire was reported to police on January 20th, and when they arrived, they discovered two trucks, both parked close to one another, had sustained fire damage. After conducting an investigation, State Police concluded the fire was deliberately set. The investigation also revealed that St. Clair owed money to several garages. St. Clair is facing four felony charges including arson. He is currently out on $50,000 bail. His preliminary hearing is scheduled for March 13th.
