Both Penn State and Philadelphia Eagles fans will be pleased to hear that the Eagles have reportedly agreed to terms of a deal with former Nittany Lion running back Saquon Barkley, who is a free agent after six seasons with the New York Giants. The 27 year old Barkley is signing a three-year $37.75 million dollar contract with Philadephia. Barkley is widely regarded as the top three-down running back on the free-agent market.
