Thompson’s Pharmacy in downtown Altoona has announced it will be closing their 12th Street location, Wednesday, March 20th. Their locations on Chestnut Avenue and Hollidaysburg will remain open. Reportedly a posted letter on their downtown location says, the pharmacy will be able to provide all customers at the downtown location with the same high level of service that customers have been receiving at the other Thompson Pharmacies. The note further asks for patience and support with the transfer of prescriptions.
