A Clearfield County duo charged in the shooting death of 33 year old Kodey Parks last month in Morris Township, will be going to trial. 48 year old Bryan Michaelis and 37 year old Danielle Parks were in Clearfield County Court yesterday for their first hearing since being charged with the February 24th shooting death of Kodey Parks. Police say Parks was allegedly shot and killed during a custody exchange with his ex-wife Danielle. During yesterday’s testimony, prosecutors argued that the two conspired to kill Parks and that the shooting was “intentional.” The defense argued there was not enough evidence in the case. Both Michaelis and Danielle Parks are facing criminal homicide, among other counts. Their charges have been bound for the court of Common Pleas.
