Three New York residents who had been charged with skills machine thefts in Centre County, are now facing the same charges in Blair County. They are 27 year old Tiffany Cabrera, 34 year old Jose Reynoso and 30 year old Warner Alvarez-Almanzar. The three are accused of stealing over $19,000 from skills machines from various businesses in both Altoona and Logan Township. The defendants were identified using security footage.
