A 54 year old Williamsburg man is behind bars today after being accused of sexually assaulting a 13 year old girl. Gary Chesney was arraigned Monday, on 21 charges including felony counts of rape of a child, among others. On March 2nd, state police were called to a home in Huston Township for the report of a sexual assault. Officers spoke to the 13 year old girl who said Chesney had been sexually abusing her since she was 9. Chesney is in the Blair County Prison in lieu of $300,000 bail. His preliminary hearing is slated for April 4th.
