An Altoona man is in jail today after being found in a Somerset County home, and telling the owners he was God.  56 year old Kenneth Baney was charged by the Pennsylvania State Police in Somerset with burglary, criminal trespassing and other charges. The home’s owners were driving past the house when they noticed all the lights were on.  When they stopped to investigate, they found Baney inside and ordered him to leave. He allegedly told the owners the house belonged to him and asked if they believed in prayer.  Baney further added that he was God and owned everything.  Baney was arraigned earlier this week and has been placed in the Somerset County Prison in lieu of $75,000 bail. His preliminary hearing is slated for April 4th.
