Police in Centre County have filed charges against an Allentown man into allegations he sexually assaulted an intoxicated woman while she slept. Patton Township Police have identified him as 23 year old Remney Medina. His arrest came after a 17 month long investigation into an alleged assault that occurred in November of 2022. Reportedly the woman was sleeping at Medina’s residence, due to her intoxication, and at one point she woke up and reportedly found him performing sexual acts on her. The woman told authorities she was never in a romantic relationship with him. Medina has since been released on unsecure bail.
