There is a flood watch in effect for portions of Central and Western Pa. until 7 this evening, as heavy rainfall is possible. The National Weather Service says this April nor’easter is moving from Ohio and could result in heavy rainfall and gusty winds. Rain is to continue thru Thursday with a possibility of seeing some snow showers Thursday morning. There are reports this storm could unload feet of snow in Northern New England and New York.
