A new update to a state law will let seniors stay in their prescription drug programs. The revision to the PACE/PACENET law permits any senior who was enrolled in the programs as of December 31st to remain in it, even if they exceed the maximum income limit. Increases to the Social Security cost-of living adjustment put many participants on the higher side of that limit.
