A Somerset man is facing charges in a double-fatal head-on crash that occurred last August and claimed the life of a 17 year old and his passenger. State police say the teen, Talan Marva, and his 20 year old passenger, Rachel Maldonado were pronounced dead at the scene, in an accident that occurred along South Edgewood Avenue in Somerset Township. Marva was hit head-on by a pick-up truck driven by Braxton Judy, who is now 22. Reportedly, at the time of the accident, authorities noticed that Judy smelled of alcohol. When the accident happened police say Judy allegedly was traveling 90 mph in a zone marked 35. Judy was arraigned yesterday on charges of homicide by vehicle and involuntary manslaughter. He has been released on unsecure bail
