A Huntingdon County man is facing charges after he allegedly exposed himself to a teenage relative and forced her to inappropriately touch him. State Police have identified him as 24 year old Cole Bucher of Orbisonia. Authorities say the 15 year old victim said she was staying at a relative’s home last December, when Bucher repeatedly came into a room she was staying in, exposing himself. Police say Bucher then allegedly hugged the teen, at which time he forced her to touch his genitals while telling her “this was ok.” Bucher was arraigned yesterday on charges of corruption of minors and indecent exposure. He has since been released on unsecured bail. His preliminary hearing is scheduled for April 10th.
