A Bedford man is facing charges today after he allegedly exposed himself to a woman thru an open window, as she was getting out of a car along South Richard Street in Bedford. The incident occurred late last month after the woman reported seeing a man expose himself thru a window while also “touching himself.” Charged was 25 year old Robert Imler Jr. who reportedly told authorities that he was “a little bit” naked at the time, but said his drapes were barely open. Imler faces numerous charges including indecent exposure and open lewdness.
