A Cambria County man has died from severe burns after accidently setting himself on fire. Authorities say 76 year old Ralph Lieb of Nicktown suffered third degree burns over 70% of his body while cutting scrap metal with a torch when he accidently caught his clothes on fire. The accident occurred Monday afternoon around 3:30.
