A 60 year old Houtzdale man is facing more charges after being accused of molesting a 12 year old girl in 2017. Last week, Herman Custred was arrested following an investigation into allegations he sexually assaulted his former neighbor when she was a child. During the investigation it was learned Custred had a history of allegations involving multiple juvenile female victims. State police say the latest victim was around 7 or 8 years old. Custred was arraigned yesterday on charges of aggravated indecent assault of a child and felony corruption of minors. Custred remains in the Clearfield County Prison.
