A Somerset County man is facing charges after a weekend incident at a Lincoln Township gas station. Police say that 39-year-old Dwayne Miller damaged the door of a garage at a Sunoco station and set a fire next to a full fuel oil drum that was later found to be leaking. Police say some of Miller’s personal items were found at the fire scene. He is facing charges including burglary, criminal trespass and risking catastrophe.
