An Altoona murder suspect is facing more charges after another homemade weapon was found inside his jail cell. Authorities found a wire-like weapon in the Blair County Prison cell of 52-year-old Raymond Oechsle. Last April Oechsle was arrested after police found him living with the corpse of a neighbor for three days. Oechsle later admitted to killing his neighbor. In October, more charges were filed against Oechsle when he stabbed two fellow inmates with a makeshift weapon. Oechsle was arraigned on these latest charges and a preliminary hearing is slated for later this month.
