President Joe Biden is headed back home this week in what will be his fourth visit to Pennsylvania this year. The White House says he will be in his native Scranton today and later travel to Pittsburgh and Philadelphia. He’ll be talking taxes on the day after most people file their income taxes and will focus on his proposal to tax billionaires at 25 percent. The president’s visit comes the week before Pennsylvanians go to the polls for the April 23rd primary election.
