Four people were arrested early Tuesday morning in Altoona, during a drug bust that occurred at a home on Colonel Drake Highway in Logan Township. Arrested were 42-year-old Stephen Nagle and 42-year-old Regina DeStefano of Altoona, along with Philadelphia residents, 24 year old Gabriel Gines and 24 year old Jamian Arroyo. The drug bust was conducted by both Logan Township and State Police after they got a tip, and then made a controlled heroin buy. The bust yielded fentanyl pills, oxycontin pills, marijuana, and cocaine. Gines and Arroyo were charged with possession with multiple felony counts of intent to deliver. They are both in the Blair County Prison in lieu of $150,000 bail each. Nagle and DeStefano face numerous felony charges of conspiracy to manufacture or deliver, among other counts. They too were placed in the Blair County Prison in lieu of $250,000 bail each. All 4 are scheduled for a preliminary hearing on April 25th.
