An Altoona man is behind bars following an investigation that he had inappropriate contact with a young girl. According to authorities 30 year old Andrew Leach-Warner had repeated, unwanted contact with the victim. Reportedly Leach-Warner had been living with the victim and her mother, last summer when the inappropriate contact with the victim began. Leach-Warner was arraigned over the weekend and is currently in the Blair County Prison in lieu of $150,000 bail.
