A new non-profit is being launched to the legacy of K9 Officer Titan. It’s called K9 Titan’s Watch Foundation and will provide financial assistance for the needs of K9 Officers in Cambria County that are either serving or retired. The foundation was formed in memory of Johnstown Police Department K9 Officer Titan, who died in the line of duty in 2020. One of the cornerstone fundraising efforts for the foundation is a golf outing at the Windber County Club on August 12th.
