A 55 year old Irvona man is behind bars today following an investigation into the sexual abuse of a teenage girl. Cory Kubiak was arraigned yesterday on numerous counts of rape and rape of a mentally disabled person, among others. State Police in Clearfield County say the victim told them that Kubiak would force her to perform sexual acts, and one incident occurred while she was showering. Reportedly Kubiak admitted to performing the sexual acts with the victim. Kubiak is in the Clearfield County Prison in lieu of $100,000 bail.
