A number of juveniles have pled guilty to killing ten deer illegally in Cambria County. The Pennsylvania Game Commission began an investigation last fall when wildlife officials received numerous reports of deer being shot at night in the Dysart area. Once shot, the deer were left to lay and rot. Authorities say state police and Cresson Township Police were able to eventually catch the juveniles in the act.  Investigators say the juveniles were using spotlights and shooting the deer from the road.  All involved were ordered to pay a $5,000 fine each, receive probation and will have their hunting licenses suspended for multiple years.
