Letter carriers across the county tomorrow will take part in an event that has become one of the nation’s largest one-day food drives. As part of Saturday’s Stamp Out Hunger Food Drive, residents in Pennsylvania and around the country are encouraged to leave donations of non-perishable food items in a bag near their mailbox. Letter carriers will pick up the donations that will then be donated to local food banks.
