Pennsylvania’s governor is looking to spend big to get the state ‘shovel ready’. Governor Josh Shapiro last week announced plans to spend 500 million-dollars to develop industrial sites as a way to attract businesses. Shapiro said Pennsylvania’s neighbors are already investing in their states. Shapiro says he has plans to target the half-billion in ‘shovel ready’ money toward projects in Bedford, Indiana, Allegheny, Bucks, Lehigh, and Wayne Counties.
