First responders from across Central Pennsylvania are getting free training this week to help in case of a railroad emergency. The training is occurring at the Rose Yard in Altoona. The training is being provided by Norfolk Southern and is free of charged to first responders. Representatives with Norfolk Southern say the training will continue thru tomorrow.
