The latest fiscal snapshot shows Pennsylvania’s state budget is in better shape than first thought. The Independent Fiscal Office earlier this week said state revenue should be point-three percent higher than originally projected. That means Pennsylvania will have an extra 140 million-dollars coming-in this year. In all, the IFO now expects the state to see just over 45 billion-dollars in revenue.
