Pennsylvanians are paying a little less to top off the tank as they head into the weekend. As reported by Triple-A, the average price for a gallon of regular fell yesterday in the Keystone State to just over three-dollars-75 cents, this as the corresponding national figure also inched downward to just settle at under three-57. Here in Blair County the cost is three-dollars-85 cents. Costs were lowest in Mississippi, rising incrementally yesterday to half a cent over three-oh-three. At the opposite end of the gas-price spectrum, costs fell slightly yesterday in California to just over five-oh-nine.
