CURVE, PA – As part of Music on the Diamond the Altoona Curve are pleased to welcome will host three-time GRAMMY Award winner Miranda Lambert as part of “Music on the Diamond,” a nationwide concert series featuring top artists performing against the backdrop of iconic Minor League ballparks.
Tickets
Gates open at 5:30 p.m., show begins at 7:00 p.m.
Field General Admission tickets are still available for a special price of $59.00. Tickets can be purchased at the PNG Field Box Office by phone at 814.99.CURVE or online by clicking here.
Fans holding Field VIP tickets will be closest to the stage and may access the field through the first base and third base gates and following the posted signage.
Parking
Fans holding tickets are encouraged to arrive early to ensure a smooth flow of traffic into PNG Field. All parking for Altoona Curve lots will be pre-sold prior to the day of the event. All Curve parking lots will open at 3:00 p.m. and tailgating and grilling will not be permitted. Additional parking will be sold on the day of the event by Lakemont Park for $15 per car.
Off-site parking will be available at the Logan Valley Mall nearest to Macy’s. Shuttle service will be run by Raystown Transit from 5:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. and after the concert concludes until all fans parked at the Mall are transported.
Entry into the stadium parking lots will be the same as it is for normal Altoona Curve home games with a new pattern installed for post-event to allow for a faster exit from the parking lots. Those holding Parking Passes in the Red and Tan Lots will be required to turn left out the parting lot and travel towards Frankstown Road.
Vehicles exiting the top level of the Parking Garage will be forced to turn right onto Park Avenue and remain in the lane closest to the curb. Vehicles exiting level two of the garage will be directed to turn right onto Park Avenue and will remain in the passing lanes. Vehicles exiting the parking area at Lakemont Park will be forced to turn right onto Park Avenue.
Limited parking spots in the Parking Garage remain on level 2.
Concessions
Beverages purchased at satellite stations on the field will be credit card only, cash and cards will be accepted at all other stands on the upper and lower concourse.
Security
Fans will be permitted to bring clear bags into the stadium and will be screened upon entry. No weapons of any kind nor any outside food or drink will be permitted.
Fireworks will not be permitted anywhere on the grounds and people will not be permitted to loiter outside the gates or on any other PNG Field property. Beach Balls and folding chairs will also not be permitted to enter the stadium.
