Pennsylvania motorists are paying a little less this week as they top off the tank. As reported by Triple-A, the average price for a gallon of regular inched downward Friday to a few tenths over $3.69, this as the corresponding national figure also dipped to settle to just over $3.47. Mississippi motorists continue to enjoy the nation’s lowest prices, with Friday’s per-gallon figure falling to just over $2.97. At the opposite end of the spectrum, prices were also down in California, falling to exactly $4.95.
