A former Clearfield County man will stand trial for allegedly sexually assaulting a 9 year old girl in 2021. State police say 57 year old Brett Nemyo, molested the child at his former Beccaria Township residence. Nemyo, whose current address is listed as Thornhurst in Lackawanna County, has been charged with felony counts of rape of a child, aggravated indecent assault and other related offenses. After his preliminary hearing on Friday in Clearfield County Court, the judge sent all charges on to the court of common pleas for further disposition. Nemyo’s bail has been set at $75,000.
