A Johnstown man, wanted in the crossbow death of his brother, has finally been caught. 47 year old Phillip Bermudez was taken into custody yesterday afternoon without incident. Bermudez is accused of killing his brother Alfredo Cabrera during a fight that occurred on Sunday evening at their Bedford Street home. Bermudez has been charged with homicide, and numerous other related offenses. He has been placed in the Cambria County Prison. Bail has been denied.
