34 year old Altoona man will be serving 2-10 years in state prison after pleading guilty in 14 cases after a high-speed chase and standoff in the city this past January. Joshua Shank was accused of numerous thefts at stores including Dick’s Sporting Goods and Family Dollar Store. While committing those thefts, Shank reportedly was using a stolen truck as his getaway. Before the thefts, Shank already had a number of warrants for his arrest on numerous charges.
