The National Transportation Safety Board is expected to approve the final report on the East Palestine, Ohio train derailment, involving Norfolk Southern today. The board is scheduled to hear presentations from investigators and deliberate over the draft document beginning at 9:30 this morning. NTSB Chair Jennifer Homendy will then host a community meeting on the findings of the investigation this evening.
