A flash fire yesterday afternoon in Centre County resulted in injury to a gas well worker. The worker reportedly was flown to Pittsburgh for treatment after suffering burns around 1 p.m. The individual was working at a gas well near Snow Shoe when the flash fire occurred. An investigation is underway.
