A 48 year old Altoona man is facing numerous firearm and drug charges after local police reportedly found a large amount of heroin and four firearms in his home during a search warrant. Arrested was Ronnell Sowell, who was arraigned last week on numerous felony charges including manufacture with the intent to deliver. He was placed in the Blair County Jail in lieu of $75,000 bail. His preliminary hearing is slated for July 10th. Sowell had been convicted before of possession, in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
