Police in Clearfield County say an Elk County man has been arrested after he allegedly forced himself on a DuBois woman inside her home. Arrested was 50 year old Andrew Peters of Brockport. Police say the sexual assault occurred on June 16th following an argument. Peters was arraigned on Monday on charges of aggravated indecent assault without consent. He is currently in the Clearfield County Jail in lieu of $75,000 bond.
