Two Altoona men are in the Blair County Prison today after fleeing from police, but later being caught with nearly two pounds of marijuana meant for distribution and selling. Arrested were 32 year old Rahim Mobley and 35 year old Charles Mobley. The two were charged with intent to deliver among other related counts. Reportedly, on June 27th, city police received a call of an erratic driver in the area of 8th Street and 1st Avenue. Police followed the vehicle after seeing another man enter the passenger side of the car carrying a large bag. It took several attempts, but authorities finally were able to stop the car. The two men were remanded to the Blair County Prison in lieu of $200,000 bail each. Their preliminary hearings are set for July 10th.
