The Morrison’s Cove Agricultural Parade, the world’s largest small town parade, is tonight at 6 p.m., in Martinsburg. If you are unable to attend, tune in to 96.1 HANK FM for live coverage, or check out the video steam on the HANK FM Facebook Page. This year’s parade will honor two people who passed recently. Because of their contributions to the parade and the community those honored include Jeanie Bolger who was a former Blair County Jury Commissioner, and Republican Chair, and the first woman in the state to hold that title. Jeanie also use to sing in the parades every year. Also being honored will be Dan Hershberger, who was President for the park for years. Dan’s family was very instrumental in the park pool and Dan maintained the park for many years up until is passing. Grand Marshall this year is McCoy’s equipment from Roaring Spring, who has been a part of the community since 1978.
