More charges have been filed against a Cambria County chiropractor after police say a second victim has come forward, having reported he was sexually assaulted by the doctor. In May, police filed charges against Dr. Robine Elias after he was accused of groping a 17 year old patient. According to this latest complaint, Elias is now accused of having inappropriate contact with a 15 year old male at his office in Mundys Corner. Elias is now facing numerous counts of indecent assault. He is awaiting arraignment on these latest charges.
