There were more crashes in Pennsylvania during the Fourth of July weekend this year. State police say there were 774 wrecks from Wednesday through Sunday, an increase of more than 100 from 2023. Fatalities, injuries, and DUI arrests were up as well. According to troopers, 64 crashes involved intoxicated drivers.
