A 53 year old Johnstown man is behind bars today after he allegedly assaulted and raped a 15 year old girl while they were working together at a fast food restaurant. He’s been identified as Shawn Borsuk who is accused of assaulting the underage age girl, two years ago when she was 15. Recently, the girl, who is now 17, came forward to the Ferndale Borough Police and informed them that Borsuk was now allegedly stalking her. Police did bring charges against Borsuk for the earlier sexual assaults but reportedly the victim was not emotionally prepared to testify at that time, so the charges were dropped. Borsuk is now in the Cambria County Prison on felony charges of rape, statutory sexual assault, corruption of minors and numerous other related counts. His bail has been set at $750,000. His preliminary hearing is slated for July 17th.
