An Altoona man has been charged with endangering the welfare of a child, after police say he left his girlfriend’s children in a locked car, at the Giant Eagle parking lot in Altoona on July 6th. The accused has been identified as 22 year old Justin Davis, who was arrested after Logan Township Police received a call about two children in a locked car. When authorities arrived they discovered that Davis had left, and was found a short time later on 17th Street. Police say the two children were 3-years and 18 months old. Reportedly, the children were left in the car for about 45 minutes. Davis was charged and released on $10,000 unsecured bail.
