The unemployment rate across Pennsylvania is neither improving or worsening. That’s according to the latest information released by the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry, which says that the state’s unemployment rate in June was at three-point-four-percent. That rate has been the same for nine consecutive months. Nationally, the unemployment rate rose by one-tenth of a percent in June, to four-point-one-percent.
