A Saxton man was taken into custody after he allegedly threatened to harm the entire staff at the Bedford County Courthouse following an assault conviction. Last August, 36 year old Jordon Duvall was convicted of aggravated assault when he intentionally drove his vehicle into an occupied building. He was ordered to report to the county jail the following day, but never showed up. Instead, he allegedly began to post threats on Facebook voicing his displeasure with the outcome of the case, and reportedly alluded to potential harm against the staff at the courthouse. Authorities had been looking for Duvall for some time, and recently found him, and took him into custody. Duvall was arraigned last Friday on charges of risking catastrophe, escape and making terroristic threats. He has been placed in the Bedford County Prison. Bail has been denied.
