An Altoona man who was convicted earlier this year for raping and sexually assaulting a then 13 year old girl, was sentenced yesterday. 44-year old Charles Fagan has been sentenced to serve 47.5-95 years in state prison. The girl, who is now 18, testified at Fagan’s trial in March and said she is still dealing with post-traumatic emotional and mental torment. During the testimony she reportedly told the jury how Fagan referred to the sexual interactions as “having fun.”
