Today is 24/7 Day throughout the country and here at home. Today, the U.S. convenience store industry will celebrate local heroes within its communities, for all they do for others, in times of need. 24/7 Day recognizes and gives back to first responders such as, police, fire, EMT’s, doctors, nurses, health practitioners, medical personnel, 9-1-1 professionals, and volunteers with the American Red Cross. Today, these heroes will be recognized by offering a token of gratitude with various free offers from convenience stores across the nation and here at home. The event will also raise awareness and donations for the American Red Cross. Participating stores include Sheetz, Rutter’s and Turkey Hill.
