A Cambria County toddler who drowned Wednesday night in the family’s pool has been identified as three-year-old Ryan Miller. Reportedly, the boy was playing outside when he fell into the pool. The incident occurred on Link Road in East Carroll Township . Sadly the family discovered Ryan floating in about four feet of water. He was transported to Conemaugh Miners Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead. The death has been ruled accidental.
