A Tyrone man has been arrested after he allegedly fired a gun into a structure on 13th Street and Alley F in the borough. Arrested was 33 year old Ismael Lucena. Lucena is facing felony charges of possessing a firearm as someone who cannot own one, and discharging a firearm into an occupied structure. According to Tyrone Borough Police, no one was injured. Lucena has been placed in the Blair County Prison in lieu of $100,000 bail.
