Air travelers who have complaints about their trips can now take them up with Pennsylvania’s attorney general. AG Michelle Henry has launched a page on her website to collect reports from airline customers on poor service, cancelled flights, and other problems. Henry’s office is working with the U.S. Department of Transportation in an effort to address consumer concerns and hold carriers accountable. Officials in more than a dozen other states are taking similar steps.
